Real estate agencies are a business model that heavily relies on brick-and-mortar establishments. However, this tangibility in the industry also incurs costs. But what if a real estate agency were paradoxically moved to the cloud?![]()

That was the question asked by the founders of SAFTI, a real estate marketplace, back in 2010: Sandra Franconnet, Marc Brimeux, and Gabriel Pacheco. Their idea was simple - instead of expanding a traditional real estate agency, they created a network of online real estate agents.![]()

Instead of desks and company cars, agents receive training that often allows them to effectively transition careers and start in the real estate market. ![]()

Initially, the company grew through its own resources, but twice, in 2018 and 2021, it attracted investment from investment funds Permira and Quallium.![]()

Currently, SAFTI boasts a network of 5000 real estate agents and 40,000 properties for sale across France. The company is also expanding vigorously internationally - in Spain, Portugal, Germany, and most recently, Italy.
